YoungBiz is a multi-national training company that specialises in financial literacy,business and entrepreneurship education. To accomplish our mission, we develop and deliver courses and workshops for students and youths. YoungBiz Youth training programmes include in-school and after-school classes, workshops, courses and custom programmes that offer participants exciting and engaging activities and curricula to develop personal finance, investing, entrepreneurial and business skills. Our focus is teaching financial literacy, business, entrepreneurship and career skills in the classroom or in community settings, using YoungBiz classroom curricula.

Founded in USA in the year 1994, YoungBiz is an international corporation with a
mission to bring the best business and entrepreneurship training materials and methods to
schools, youth organizations, and educators throughout the world. YoungBiz is currently
in a number of countries: United Kingdom, Korea, Hong Kong, Kenya, Indonesia, South
Africa, China and Nigeria. YoungBiz has served through its mission 18,000 plus
schools, more than a million young people, and thousands of youth serving organizations.
Sharon is known as a global expert in the fields of Entrepreneurship and Financial
Literacy Education.

In April 2009, YoungBiz formed a collaboration effort/partnership with YouthPreneur, a
youth entrepreneurship education organization that shares YoungBiz’s goal that is to
create a grassroots movement towards more youth receiving financial literacy and
entrepreneurship education. YouthPreneur was founded by Sharon Leecher, who apart
from being currently a Member of The US Presidential Commission on Financial
Literacy Education, is also the co-founder of The Rich Dad Company, where she served
as CEO in addition to been the co-author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, Cash Flow for Kids, and
other highly successful published works.
